The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center. The rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and beautiful cityscape paintings on the walls. The bathroom is lovely, with a great shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. The courtyard entrance adds charm to the place.
Some guests mentioned that the walls are a bit thin, so noise from neighbors can be heard.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they even booked a tour for me. The location was perfect, with the main market square and the Jewish Quarter just a short walk away. The room was exactly what I needed, with a comfortable bed, modern design, and a great bathroom. And the breakfast was amazing! They had a wide variety of options, including warm dishes. Such a great value for money!

Excellent staff, went above and beyond to fix noisy fridge. Hotel provided packed lunch for early tour departure. Triple room spacious for 3 adults. Great location near old town. Good breakfast options.

Great value for the price. The spacious apartments were a pleasant surprise, with high ceilings and amazing views of the nearby attractions. The location was perfect, with the Wawel Castle, Old Town, and Jewish Quarter all within walking distance. Plus, there's a fantastic restaurant nearby called Pod Wavelem with delicious and generous portions. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs, including offering a discount for our next stay.
The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, and noise was an issue, especially when our room overlooked the courtyard. This made it difficult for light sleepers like us to get a good night's rest.
